 研究領(lǐng)域:


植物提供著人類賴以生存的食物,、藥物,、能源和環(huán)境,。植物在長期進(jìn)化過程中產(chǎn)生了大量結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜多樣的代謝產(chǎn)物,,可作為植物激素等重要內(nèi)源分子調(diào)控植物生長發(fā)育及環(huán)境響應(yīng),,同時作為地球上最大的活性化合物庫,提供人類治療疾病的藥物來源,。閆建斌課題組長期從事植物代謝與合成生物學(xué)研究工作,,研究紫杉醇等重要植物代謝物的生物合成途徑,研究植物激素茉莉素的信號途徑與代謝調(diào)控機(jī)制,,重編程植物細(xì)胞代謝網(wǎng)絡(luò),,發(fā)展植物合成生物學(xué)與生物制造底盤。揭示了紅豆杉成為“植物大熊貓”的遺傳基礎(chǔ),,鑒定了紫杉醇生物途徑的基因簇和關(guān)鍵合成酶,,建立了紫杉醇異源生物合成路線;揭示了激素類天然產(chǎn)物茉莉素代謝調(diào)控分子機(jī)制,,闡明了茉莉素生物合成途徑的演化規(guī)律等,。在Science、Nature Plants、Molecular Plant,、Plant Cell等學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文50篇,,獲得國家發(fā)明專利等20余項。多篇論文獲專評,、入選Faculty Opinions或ESI高被引論文,。
