 簡歷介紹:


陶永富,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。

2009年本科畢業(yè)于吉林大學(xué),2014年獲得中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)作物遺傳育種博士學(xué)位。2014至2022在澳大利亞昆士蘭大學(xué)從高粱遺傳育種工作、先后任職博士后和研究員。2023年入職中國農(nóng)科院深圳農(nóng)業(yè)基因組研究所,獲得國家級青年人才支持。迄今已在國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文20余篇,其中近五年以第一作者或共同第一作者在Nature Plants、Nature Communications、Molecular Plant、Trends in Plant Science、Plant Biotechnology Journal、Plant Journal等期刊上發(fā)表論文十多篇。


 研究領(lǐng)域:


研究內(nèi)容:

課題組以高粱遺傳育種為主要研究方向。高粱抗干旱、耐高溫,耐鹽堿和土壤瘠薄,是邊際土地的優(yōu)良“拓荒者”。將在開發(fā)邊際土地,保障我國糧食安全中發(fā)揮重要作用。課題組旨在利用廣泛的種質(zhì)資源,通過遺傳學(xué)、植物生理學(xué)和群體遺傳學(xué)研究,結(jié)合比較基因組學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)手段解析高粱適應(yīng)逆境脅迫的遺傳基礎(chǔ),挖掘高粱高產(chǎn)和抗逆性的優(yōu)良基因,探究高粱高產(chǎn)和逆境脅迫響應(yīng)的分子調(diào)控機(jī)理,進(jìn)而指導(dǎo)高粱高產(chǎn)抗逆育種。


研究進(jìn)展:

課題組長期致力于作物優(yōu)良基因挖掘和重要農(nóng)藝性狀的遺傳和分子調(diào)控機(jī)理探究,并取得了一系列創(chuàng)新性研究成果。包括構(gòu)建首個高粱泛基因組,挖掘了大量存在缺失變異基因并揭示了其在重要農(nóng)藝性狀遺傳調(diào)控中的作用;構(gòu)建高粱籽粒大小的遺傳調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)并解析了它們與源庫關(guān)系的聯(lián)系;克隆了第一個玉米粗縮病抗病基因并闡釋了其抗病分子機(jī)理。
