導(dǎo)師簡介

唐中林,,博士,,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,。中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院“豬基因組設(shè)計(jì)育種創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)”首席科學(xué)家,,中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院佛山鯤鵬現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)研究院執(zhí)行院長,。2006-2017年在中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院北京畜牧獸醫(yī)研究所任副研究員,、研究員,2015-2016年在哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院做訪問學(xué)者,,2018年12月-2021年5月受聘為中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院深圳農(nóng)業(yè)基因組研究所動物基因組研究中心主任,。

2014年入選科技部“創(chuàng)新人才推進(jìn)計(jì)劃”領(lǐng)軍人才,2016年入選國家重大人才工程科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才,。目前兼任國際PAG-Asia會議共同主席,、中國畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會動物遺傳育種分會理事、中國畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會養(yǎng)豬分會理事,、中國畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會畜禽遺傳標(biāo)記分會常務(wù)理事和中國實(shí)驗(yàn)動物學(xué)會第一屆無菌動物專業(yè)委員會常務(wù)委員,、全國生豬遺傳改良計(jì)劃專家委員會委員(2021-2035)、第三次全國畜禽遺傳資源普查技術(shù)專家組成員,、“農(nóng)業(yè)部豬肉質(zhì)量安全控制重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”學(xué)術(shù)委員會副主任,、“廣西壯族自治區(qū)巴馬香豬資源開發(fā)工程研究中心”主任、“廣西家畜遺傳改良重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”學(xué)術(shù)委員會副主任,,《Frontiers in bioscience》,、《Genes》、《Animals》等多種國際刊物和《中國實(shí)驗(yàn)動物學(xué)報(bào)》編委,,《中國比較醫(yī)學(xué)雜志》通訊編委,。此外,受聘為華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué),、華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué),、廣西大學(xué)、河南大學(xué)等國內(nèi)多個高校的兼職教授,,荷蘭瓦赫寧根大學(xué),、新西蘭都柏林大學(xué)和澳大利亞默多克大學(xué)等多個國外大學(xué)的博士生聯(lián)合導(dǎo)師。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)及面上項(xiàng)目,、973子課題,、863重點(diǎn)和轉(zhuǎn)基因重大專項(xiàng)子課題、廣東省重點(diǎn)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目,、廣東省粵深聯(lián)合基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目,、中國農(nóng)科院重大科研任務(wù)等國家及省部級項(xiàng)目近20項(xiàng);發(fā)表科研論文143篇(其中SCI論文70篇),,其中以第一作者或通訊作者(含共同)在Genome Biology、Nucleic Acid Research,、JBC和DNA Research等國際知名刊物發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇,,論文被SCI引用1037次,受國外學(xué)者邀請參編專著3本,。作為主要完成人獲國家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎,、中國發(fā)明專利銀獎,、中國專利優(yōu)秀獎、廣西科技進(jìn)步二等和三等獎,、中華農(nóng)業(yè)科技獎優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)獎等國家和省部級獎7項(xiàng),,中國科協(xié)優(yōu)秀論文特等獎1項(xiàng),獲國際發(fā)明專利1項(xiàng),,國家發(fā)明專利18項(xiàng),,軟件著作權(quán)23項(xiàng),實(shí)用新型專利1項(xiàng),,作為主要完成人培育豬新品種和配套系3個,。

團(tuán)隊(duì)簡介

豬基因組設(shè)計(jì)育種創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)專注于功能基因組與基因組設(shè)計(jì)育種相關(guān)研究。主要包括:綜合利用高通量的基因組,、轉(zhuǎn)錄組,、代謝組、蛋白組等多種組學(xué)技術(shù)和精準(zhǔn)基因編輯技術(shù),,解析豬和小鼠等動物組織器官生長發(fā)育,、產(chǎn)肉性狀、營養(yǎng)利用和抗病等重要經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀形成的分子機(jī)制,;利用生物信息,、分子和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)等手段,在分子,、細(xì)胞和個體水平,,闡明基因和非編碼RNA的功能和表達(dá)調(diào)控機(jī)制;整合多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)和全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析,,大規(guī)模挖掘豬等動物經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀關(guān)鍵基因和新的遺傳標(biāo)記,;開發(fā)豬全基因組設(shè)計(jì)育種的新理論新方法,開展豬育種新材料創(chuàng)制和品種改良,。
