熊興耀,,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,,享受?chē)?guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼專家,,國(guó)家作物學(xué)會(huì)馬鈴薯專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任,國(guó)家馬鈴薯產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)。本科和博士均畢業(yè)于湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué),,1998~2003年在加拿大農(nóng)業(yè)食品部(AAFC)馬鈴薯研究中心從事馬鈴薯遺傳育種研究。2003年回國(guó)后,,在湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)任園藝園林學(xué)院院長(zhǎng),,園藝學(xué)一級(jí)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位點(diǎn)領(lǐng)銜人;2012年1月至2019年12月,,在中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院蔬菜花卉研究所從事馬鈴薯栽培理論與技術(shù)研究,,主持國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目“馬鈴薯化肥農(nóng)藥減施關(guān)鍵技術(shù)模式研究與示范”等項(xiàng)目。2020年1月調(diào)入中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院深圳農(nóng)業(yè)基因組研究所工作,,加入合成生物學(xué)研究中心經(jīng)濟(jì)作物的全基因組設(shè)計(jì)育種團(tuán)隊(duì),,從事馬鈴薯栽培理論與技術(shù)研究,同時(shí)也開(kāi)展品質(zhì)性狀的分子設(shè)計(jì)育種和塊莖品質(zhì)相關(guān)的組學(xué)研究,。在Nature,、 Nature Genetics、Plant Cell,、the Plant Journal,、Plant Breeding等雜志上發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇,獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明專利授權(quán)60余項(xiàng),。獲得省部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng),、自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)和發(fā)明獎(jiǎng)等10余項(xiàng)。先后多次應(yīng)邀主持中國(guó)馬鈴薯大會(huì),,并多次應(yīng)邀在國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)馬鈴薯學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上做學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告,。培養(yǎng)博士研究生30余人,、碩士研究生20余人,指導(dǎo)博士后研究人員10余人,。

研究?jī)?nèi)容

馬鈴薯是最重要的塊莖類(lèi)糧食作物,,生產(chǎn)主要是通過(guò)塊莖無(wú)性繁殖,繁種技術(shù)復(fù)雜,,容易感染病毒病,,用種量巨大。受制于同源四倍體遺傳的復(fù)雜性,,馬鈴薯的遺傳改良很慢,。為了創(chuàng)新馬鈴薯的育種理論和方法,加快馬鈴薯的育種效率,,改進(jìn)種薯繁殖技術(shù),,降低種薯生產(chǎn)成本,團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)展了“優(yōu)薯計(jì)劃”(又稱作“二倍體馬鈴薯雜交育種計(jì)劃”),,旨在將馬鈴薯由傳統(tǒng)的四倍體塊莖繁殖的作物改造成二倍體種子繁殖的作物,。

目前,團(tuán)隊(duì)圍繞“優(yōu)薯計(jì)劃”開(kāi)展了一系列的基礎(chǔ)理論創(chuàng)新和育種實(shí)踐,,獲得了馬鈴薯基因組圖譜(Huang et al., Nature,,2011),建立了國(guó)內(nèi)最大的二倍體馬鈴薯種質(zhì)資源庫(kù),,通過(guò)基因組編輯的方法克服了二倍體馬鈴薯自交不親和的難題(Ye et al., Nature Plants, 2018),,并解析了馬鈴薯自交衰退的遺傳基礎(chǔ)(Zhang et al., Nature Genetics, 2019),已經(jīng)培育出第一代二倍體馬鈴薯自交系和第一個(gè)概念性雜交種,,為“優(yōu)薯計(jì)劃”的順利開(kāi)展奠定了基礎(chǔ),。今后將繼續(xù)開(kāi)展“優(yōu)薯計(jì)劃”育種和配套栽培技術(shù)相關(guān)的研究工作,主要集中在:(1)馬鈴薯二倍體真種子的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育特性研究,;(2)馬鈴薯二倍體真種子的重要農(nóng)藝性狀栽培技術(shù)研究與創(chuàng)新,。
