課題組長(zhǎng)

陳凱園,,所聘副研究員(Pre-PI),,碩士生導(dǎo)師,。2021年博士畢業(yè)于華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)。主要從事植物CRISPR基因組編輯技術(shù)的開發(fā)以及在分子育種中的應(yīng)用,。以第一作者或共同一作在Molecular Plant期刊發(fā)表論文2篇,獲國(guó)家發(fā)明專利2項(xiàng)。

研究方向

(1) 圍繞“優(yōu)薯計(jì)劃”,,利用基因組編輯技術(shù)創(chuàng)制馬鈴薯雄性不育系,,助力二倍體馬鈴薯雜交育種。

(2) 結(jié)合基因組編輯技術(shù),,探索可固定雜種優(yōu)勢(shì)的育種策略,。

(3) 在植物中開發(fā)并優(yōu)化基于CRISPR系統(tǒng)的遺傳操作技術(shù)。


Chen Kaiyuan, Pre-PI, Master Advisor, received the Ph.D. degree from Huazhong Agricultural University in 2021. His research focuses on the improvement of plant CRISPR genome editing technologies and their applications in molecular breeding. He has published two papers in Molecular Plant as the first author or co-first author, and obtained two invention patents.

Research Interest

(1) Creating genic male-sterility potatoes for diploid potato hybrid breeding by CRISPR technologies.

(2) Exploring breeding strategies for fixing heterosis by genome editing technologies.

(3) Developing and optimizing CRISPR-based technologies for the manipulation of plant genomes.
