  課題組長

  賈耿介,,研究員,、博士生導師,,入選國際計算生物學協(xié)會。2008年于中國科學技術(shù)大學本科畢業(yè),2013年在新加坡國立大學和麻省理工學院聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)項目取得博士學位,。研究專長包括生物信息學、健康表型大數(shù)據(jù)(如電子病歷和體檢報告)挖掘,、精準營養(yǎng),、自然語言處理、生物分子網(wǎng)絡建模,、以及多組學數(shù)據(jù)分析,。以第一或通訊(含共同)作者在Nature Computational Science, Nature Communications、Metabolites,、Bioinformatics 等發(fā)表學術(shù)論文,。

  

研究方向

通過開發(fā)分析多維度健康大數(shù)據(jù)和營養(yǎng)/膳食大數(shù)據(jù)的算法

1. 發(fā)掘復雜疾病亞型(通過共病模式的系統(tǒng)識別和多組學分析),解析其遺傳學基礎,,進一步設計亞型特異的精準營養(yǎng)干預措施,;

2. 描述疾病并發(fā)的模式規(guī)律,建立并發(fā)癥風險預測模型,,尋找最優(yōu)膳食和(或)藥物組合;

3. 闡釋人體消化等系統(tǒng),、其間微生物群落、和食品營養(yǎng)三方的相互作用關系,。
