 簡(jiǎn)歷介紹:


王桂榮,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。


2002年畢業(yè)于中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院農(nóng)業(yè)昆蟲(chóng)與害蟲(chóng)防治專(zhuān)業(yè),獲農(nóng)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2005年-2010年美國(guó)范德比爾特大學(xué)從事博士后研究。長(zhǎng)期從事害蟲(chóng)化學(xué)生態(tài)學(xué)和功能基因組學(xué)的研究工作,提出以嗅覺(jué)受體為靶標(biāo)高通量篩選昆蟲(chóng)行為調(diào)控劑的新思路,研發(fā)了重要農(nóng)業(yè)害蟲(chóng)綠色防控新技術(shù)。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金杰出青年基金、國(guó)家基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家基金重點(diǎn)國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃等項(xiàng)目。發(fā)表研究論文150余篇,其中以第一或者通訊作者在PNAS、Current Biology、Mole.Biol.Evol.、eLife等雜志上發(fā)表SCI論文80余篇,獲授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利8件,主(參)編著作3 部。

 研究領(lǐng)域:


研究方向:

實(shí)驗(yàn)室的主要研究方向是昆蟲(chóng)化學(xué)生態(tài)學(xué)和功能基因組學(xué)。目前的研究課題是:(1)昆蟲(chóng)的化學(xué)生態(tài)學(xué)機(jī)制和昆蟲(chóng)行為調(diào)節(jié)劑的開(kāi)發(fā)。這是為了利用組學(xué)、神經(jīng)生物學(xué)和結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)對(duì)關(guān)鍵的化學(xué)傳感分子靶標(biāo)進(jìn)行功能表征,闡明昆蟲(chóng)嗅覺(jué)行為的機(jī)制,然后利用人工智能和高通量篩選開(kāi)發(fā)新的昆蟲(chóng)行為調(diào)節(jié)劑。(2) 昆蟲(chóng)RNAi的分子機(jī)制及其應(yīng)用。研究不同昆蟲(chóng),特別是鞘翅目、鱗翅目和直翅目重要害蟲(chóng)RNAi差異的分子機(jī)制。同時(shí),我們利用功能基因組學(xué)、合成生物學(xué)和納米材料等新技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)RNAi農(nóng)藥。


研究進(jìn)展:

深圳市科技計(jì)劃:該項(xiàng)目由深圳市科創(chuàng)委立項(xiàng)。該基金會(huì)的目的是通過(guò)功能基因組學(xué)開(kāi)發(fā)新技術(shù),以環(huán)保的方式控制害蟲(chóng)。

(1) 對(duì)害蟲(chóng)基因組進(jìn)行高質(zhì)量測(cè)序和組裝。

(2) 識(shí)別害蟲(chóng)特定生物過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵基因,如嗅覺(jué)行為或表型,作為分子靶標(biāo)。

(3) 開(kāi)發(fā)基于目標(biāo)的害蟲(chóng)防治技術(shù),如昆蟲(chóng)行為調(diào)節(jié)劑或RNAi殺蟲(chóng)劑。
