梁翔禹,,研究員,,博士生導(dǎo)師


2019年博士畢業(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué)高分子科學(xué)系和聚合物分子工程國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,先后在南方科技大學(xué)依次從事博士后和高級(jí)研究學(xué)者,。長(zhǎng)期專注于可降解生物材料,、仿生材料設(shè)計(jì)與制造、組織工程和軟材料極端力學(xué)等領(lǐng)域?,F(xiàn)主持廣東省自然科學(xué)基金(青年項(xiàng)目)和深圳市科技創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目(博士啟動(dòng))等,。近年來(lái)共發(fā)表20余篇論文和3項(xiàng)中國(guó)發(fā)明專利,主要發(fā)表在Nature communication,、Advanced materials,、Advanced Functional Materials、Small,、Biofabrication,、Materials Chemistry Frontiers、ACS Biomaterials Science & Engineering等國(guó)際權(quán)威期刊上,,其中以第一/通訊作者(含共同)在國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文9篇?,F(xiàn)為廣東省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目入庫(kù)評(píng)審專家。



 研究領(lǐng)域


研究?jī)?nèi)容:

受大自然的啟發(fā),,人類已經(jīng)開(kāi)發(fā)了多種類型和多種功能的仿生材料(Bioinspired materials),。特別是具有獨(dú)特且矛盾性質(zhì)的多層分級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)的進(jìn)化發(fā)展,例如高強(qiáng)度和韌性組合的,,為現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)材料工程提供了巨大的靈感,。在合成復(fù)合材料中模仿自然的分級(jí)微觀結(jié)構(gòu)可以產(chǎn)生更耐損傷的結(jié)構(gòu),并且一些生物靈感材料已經(jīng)在各種應(yīng)用中實(shí)現(xiàn),。我們的研究方向主要是基于自然生物的構(gòu)效關(guān)系,,開(kāi)發(fā)高性能仿生結(jié)構(gòu)材料及其先進(jìn)工藝技術(shù),主要包括:第一,,可降解生物材料,;第二,,仿生材料結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與制造;第三,,組織工程與藥物緩釋,。


研究進(jìn)展:

課題組以天然高分子和可降解合成高分子為主要研究材料,利用3D打印,、冷凍鑄造,、高分子成型與加工等方法,并結(jié)合計(jì)算機(jī)仿真等手段,,來(lái)研究仿生材料的結(jié)構(gòu)性能,,特別是生物材料的降解特性、力學(xué)性能以及極端場(chǎng)景下的應(yīng)用,。課題組的研究方向主要包括:第一,可降解生物材料的開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用,,如可降解塑料,、可降解醫(yī)用器械和可降解功能性器件等;第二,,通過(guò)仿生設(shè)計(jì)材料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和化學(xué)組分,,實(shí)現(xiàn)其在極端場(chǎng)景下的應(yīng)用,如柔性電子器件,、軟體機(jī)器人和防護(hù)器具等,;第三,通過(guò)對(duì)生物醫(yī)用材料的結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)和理化特性調(diào)控,,開(kāi)發(fā)出可軟硬組織修復(fù)與再生的多孔聚合物支架材料,。
