張江,,研究員,,博士生導(dǎo)師,。


2008年獲得中科院上海植物生理生態(tài)研究所博士學(xué)位,,2008-2015年在德國馬普分子植物生理所從事博士后研究,。課題組長期從事植物質(zhì)體工程與抗蟲生物技術(shù)研究,,近年來針對我國重大農(nóng)林害蟲,,建立起了一套基于質(zhì)體介導(dǎo)RNAi抗蟲的技術(shù)體系,為我國RNA生物農(nóng)藥的研制與開發(fā)奠定了基礎(chǔ),。先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金,,國家重點研發(fā)計劃課題、德國馬普伙伴小組等項目,。以第一或通訊作者身份在Science, Molecular Plant, PNAS, Microbiome, New Phytologist, Trends in Biotechnology, Plant Biotechnology Journal, Journal of Integrative Plant Biology, Plant Cell & Environment,,Plant Journal,,Pest Management Science等雜志上發(fā)表高水平論文40余篇,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利10項,。

研究內(nèi)容:

1. 影響質(zhì)體介導(dǎo)RNAi抗蟲效率的主要因子及其調(diào)控機(jī)制,;

2. 害蟲腸道免疫影響RNAi抗蟲效率的分子機(jī)制;

3. 害蟲回避抗蟲dsRNA分子的行為調(diào)控機(jī)制,;

4. 害蟲RNAi抗性發(fā)生的分子機(jī)制及抗性治理,;


研究進(jìn)展:

近年來課題組在質(zhì)體介導(dǎo)RNAi抗蟲的理論與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域中取得了一系列突破性原創(chuàng)成果:

1. 創(chuàng)建了基于質(zhì)體介導(dǎo)RNAi的抗蟲新途徑,明確了抗蟲RNAi分子特征,;

2. 闡明了腸道微生物協(xié)同RNAi的抗蟲機(jī)制,;

3. 系統(tǒng)探明了質(zhì)體介導(dǎo)RNAi技術(shù)在防控不同種類害蟲中的有效性及其效率。
