蕭玉濤,,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,。


現(xiàn)擔(dān)任中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院農(nóng)業(yè)基因組研究所“農(nóng)業(yè)昆蟲基因組學(xué)”創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)首席科學(xué)家,,長(zhǎng)期從事農(nóng)業(yè)昆蟲與害蟲防治研究工作,,圍繞草地貪夜蛾,、棉鈴蟲等重要農(nóng)業(yè)害蟲,,綜合運(yùn)用多組學(xué)手段和基因編輯等分子生物學(xué)技術(shù),,在農(nóng)業(yè)害蟲適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化機(jī)制研究方面取得了一系列重要成果。先后主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金和面上項(xiàng)目,、轉(zhuǎn)基因新品種培育重大專項(xiàng)子課題,、科技創(chuàng)新2030重大項(xiàng)目課題、深圳市科創(chuàng)委基礎(chǔ)研究重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等16項(xiàng),;以通訊作者在The Innovation,、PNAS、Molecular Biology and Evolution,、Molecular Ecology Resources,、Molecular Ecology、BMC biology,、IBMB,、PMS等期刊發(fā)表多篇SCI論文,中文文章8篇,;授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利6項(xiàng),;參加國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議并作報(bào)告7次。

研究方向:

農(nóng)業(yè)害蟲適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化是其暴發(fā)成災(zāi)的根本原因。課題組以農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域重要本土和入侵性害蟲棉鈴蟲,、草地貪夜蛾,、小地老虎等為研究對(duì)象,綜合運(yùn)用群體基因組學(xué),、關(guān)聯(lián)分析,、基因編輯、細(xì)胞生物學(xué),、生物測(cè)定等方法,,解析害蟲的環(huán)境適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化機(jī)制(抗藥性、Bt抗性,、耐寒性等),,鑒定致害性新基因或位點(diǎn),挖掘害蟲防控新靶標(biāo),,應(yīng)用于害蟲綠色防控新技術(shù)和新措施研發(fā),。


研究進(jìn)展:

1)重大農(nóng)業(yè)害蟲基因組圖譜繪制:結(jié)合PacBio、Nanopore,、Hi-C等技術(shù)完成草地貪夜蛾等害蟲的高質(zhì)量基因組圖譜,,揭示了入侵我國(guó)的草地貪夜蛾以“玉米型”遺傳背景為主導(dǎo)并明確其群體抗藥性特征,。相關(guān)研究成果發(fā)表在MER、BMC biology等期刊,。

2)害蟲農(nóng)藥及Bt抗性分子機(jī)制:首次闡釋害蟲通過(guò)Cad、ABCC2,、ABCC3,、ABCB6等基因多種類型變異介導(dǎo)的抗藥性機(jī)理,成功解析害蟲對(duì)Bt,、農(nóng)藥,、棉酚等殺蟲物質(zhì)產(chǎn)生抗性和交互抗性的新機(jī)制。相關(guān)研究成果發(fā)表在Ecology letters,、 eLife,、Plos pathogens、AEM,、IBMB,、PMS等昆蟲學(xué)TOP期刊。

3)重大農(nóng)業(yè)害蟲適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化機(jī)制:綜合運(yùn)用基因組學(xué),、種群遺傳學(xué)等技術(shù),,揭示重大農(nóng)業(yè)害蟲棉鈴蟲和亞州玉米螟環(huán)境適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化機(jī)制,相關(guān)研究成果發(fā)表在The Innovation,、Molecular Biology and Evolution等期刊,。
