首席科學(xué)家：汪泉

研究方向：

系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)制和構(gòu)建優(yōu)良水稻種質(zhì)資源和遺傳材料,；利用基因組學(xué)技術(shù)克隆控制水稻重要農(nóng)藝性狀的關(guān)鍵基因,；通過分子設(shè)計(jì)培育優(yōu)良的超級(jí)稻品種。

研究成績：

主持參加973,、863重大專項(xiàng),、重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃5項(xiàng),。創(chuàng)制適于室內(nèi)大規(guī)模種植的新型水稻材料“小薇”,；融合秈粳稻各自優(yōu)勢的雜交新品種,；揭示美國稻長粒基因GL7的分子奧秘,，相關(guān)研究結(jié)果分別在Nature,、Nature Genetics、Molecular Plant等國際學(xué)術(shù)雜志上發(fā)表,。首席科學(xué)家錢前曾獲國家自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng),、國家科技二等獎(jiǎng)、國家杰出青年基金,。團(tuán)隊(duì)成員汪泉入選深圳市高層次人才和農(nóng)科院青年英才,。

Super Rice germplasm Innovation Team

Principle Investigator： Qian Qian

Research Field:

Creating various genetic materials of rice; Constructing elite rice germplasm resources; Identifying key genes controlling the important agronomic traits of rice; Breeding of super hybrid rice varieties by molecular design.

Achievements:

Characterized a new rice germplasm for ideal indoor research system for rice research; Developed new hybrid varieties with strong heterosis; Dissected the molecular mechanism of grain length formation. The related research results were published in the international Journals of Nature Genetics, Nature, Molecular Plant. Qian Qian, the team leader, was supported by National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and won the first prize of National Natural Science Award and the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. Quan Wang was honored as “Outstanding Young Talent” of CAAS and “Oversea High-Caliber Personnel” of Shenzhen.
