首席科學(xué)家:

  阮玨,研究員,,博士生導(dǎo)師?,F(xiàn)任中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院農(nóng)業(yè)基因組研究所組學(xué)技術(shù)研究中心主任。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)楦咄繙y(cè)序技術(shù)下的生物信息學(xué)算法研發(fā)和應(yīng)用,。國(guó)家優(yōu)青獲得者,,中國(guó)農(nóng)科院“青年英才”,2016年榮獲“中國(guó)專利優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)”,,2018年獲評(píng)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部“杰出青年農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)家”,,2019年榮獲“廣東青年五四獎(jiǎng)?wù)隆?。以第?并列第一/通訊作者在 Nature、Nature Methods,、Nature Genetics,、Nature Communications 等國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文16篇,所有學(xué)術(shù)論文累計(jì)他引14000多次,。

  研究方向: 研發(fā)組學(xué)算法和測(cè)序方法,,致力于解決基因組學(xué)及其他組學(xué)研究中核心方法學(xué)問題。

  研究成績(jī):團(tuán)隊(duì)開發(fā)了三代測(cè)序數(shù)據(jù)組裝的主流算法軟件 SMARTdenovo 和 WTDBG ,;開發(fā)出最佳平衡準(zhǔn)確度的體細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)變異檢測(cè)算法 NovoBreak ,;在低頻突變檢測(cè)上,連續(xù)開發(fā)了 Droplet-CirSeq,、O2N-seq、 微量DNA擴(kuò)增等技術(shù),,將二代測(cè)序錯(cuò)誤率從10-2-10-3水平降低至10-5-10?8水平的同時(shí),,數(shù)據(jù)有效率提高10-30倍;建立了 ribominusRNA-seq (rmRNA-seq) 實(shí)驗(yàn)和分析方法,,并應(yīng)用到植物基因可變剪接和植物抗逆的研究,;開發(fā)了 NSF-Mate Pair Library 技術(shù)加速大片段DNA文庫(kù)構(gòu)建。團(tuán)隊(duì)獨(dú)立研發(fā)的組學(xué)技術(shù)以及與相關(guān)科研院所高校開展的組學(xué)技術(shù)合作項(xiàng)目成果先后發(fā)表在 Nature,、Nature Genetics,、Nature Methods、Nature Communications 等國(guó)際期刊,,在農(nóng)業(yè)基因組學(xué)技術(shù)研究領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生重要的影響,。團(tuán)隊(duì)先后承擔(dān)了國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目,、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上及青年基金項(xiàng)目等國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目,。

  Agricultural Genomics Technology Innovation & Application Innovation Group

  Chief Scientist:

  Jue Ruan, Research Professor, Doctoral Advisor, Director of the Omics Technology Research Center. He focuses on the Research and Development of the Bioinformatic algorithm for the High-Throughput Sequencing Technologies. He is the winner of National Excellent Youth Fund, selected as the "Young Talents" of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the owner of the 18th Chinese Outstanding Patent Invention & Industrial Design in 2016, and awarded with “the Excellent Youth Agricultural Scientist” in 2018 by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, China, and obtained Guangdong Province's Youth Award In 2019. He has published 16 SCI papers (the first author or corresponding author) in journals including Nature, Nature Methods, Nature Genetics, Genome Research, PNAS, Nature Communications. All publications have  total citations of 14000 times to date.

  Research Field:

  Our group focus on the research and development of the Omics Algorithms and Sequencing methods, dedicates to solving the key issue of the research for the genomics and other Omics.

  Achievements:

  We developed several genomics technologies including SMART-denovo, WTDBG, Droplet-CirDeq, o2n-seq, novoBreak, NSF-Mate Pair Library. Besides, we cooperated with several academic institutes on the genomics research, and shared the achievements in a series of top international journal with much higher quote rate such as Nature,、Nature Genetics,、Nature Methods、Nature Communications etc. And make good effect in the reserch field of agricultural genomics techonology. Grants includes the National keypoint research and invention program, the National Science Found for Excellent Young Scholars, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (General?Program) etc.
