研究方向：

動(dòng)物發(fā)育過(guò)程中動(dòng)態(tài)三維轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控研究,；三維基因組學(xué)技術(shù)研發(fā);三維基因組學(xué)生物信息學(xué)新算法研究,。

研究成績(jī)：

主持省部級(jí)及以上科研項(xiàng)目16項(xiàng),，申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專利5項(xiàng),。通過(guò)對(duì)增強(qiáng)子遠(yuǎn)距離轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控的研究,，發(fā)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離基因互作對(duì)三維基因轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控的影響,。其研究成果發(fā)表于Nature和PNAS等期刊,，累計(jì)引用次數(shù)超900次,。團(tuán)隊(duì)首席科學(xué)家入選深圳市國(guó)家領(lǐng)軍人才和中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院青年英才等,。

Animal Functional Genomics Innovation Team

Research Field:

Understanding the potential mechanism of three-dimensional (3-D) transcriptional regulation and their effects in animal development; Establishing new technologies for studies of three-dimensional genomics; Developing new algorithm for three-dimensional genomics analyzing.

Achievement:

We have applied five patents regarding to the eHi-C technology, and obtained 16 grants from national or local governments; Our researches have been published on high impact journals including Nature and PNAS with more than 900 citations. Dr. Zhang is supported by “Youth 1000 Talent Plan” of China, “Outstanding Young Talent” of CAAS and “Oversea High-Caliber Personnel” of Shenzhen.
