  首席科學(xué)家:

  葉國(guó)友,,高級(jí)科學(xué)家,博士生導(dǎo)師,。2001年畢業(yè)于新西蘭林肯大學(xué),,獲博士學(xué)位。曾任IRRI高級(jí)科學(xué)家(2009-2016),、澳大利亞維多利亞洲初級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)部高級(jí)科學(xué)家(2005-2009),、昆士蘭大學(xué)研究人員(2001-2005)。現(xiàn)任作物組學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)及應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)首席,,CAAS-IRRI聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任和IRRI駐中國(guó)代表,。多年來一直從事植物遺傳育種相關(guān)研究,在群體改良,、分子育種,、育種方案設(shè)計(jì)、遺傳分析和遺傳育種軟件開發(fā)等方面有重要建樹,。在國(guó)際刊物發(fā)表研究論文60多篇,,參與編寫論著1部。

 

  研究方向:

  以水稻為目標(biāo)作物建立全基因組水平選擇與設(shè)計(jì)育種的信息管理,,數(shù)據(jù)分析和育種設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),。

 

  研究成績(jī):

  共承擔(dān)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委項(xiàng)目、地方重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等10余項(xiàng),。引進(jìn)國(guó)際水稻種質(zhì)7000多份,,在水稻耐鹽性、離子營(yíng)養(yǎng)積累/毒害,,直播相關(guān)性狀的遺傳和育種等方面取得重要進(jìn)展,。是CAAS-IRRI基因組輔助種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室和AGIS-BSMRAU聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室的中方負(fù)責(zé)人。

 Big Data and Application of Crop Omics Innovation Group

  Chief Scientist:

  Guoyou Ye, research professor, doctoral supervisor. Dr. Guoyou Ye graduated from Lincoln University in 2001 with a doctorate degree. From July 2016, he became IRRI's representative in China. He was a senior scientist at IRRI (2009-2016), a senior scientist at the Department of Primary Industry in Victoria, Australia (2005-2009), and a researcher at the University of Queensland (2001-2005). At present, he is the chief of Big Data and Application of Crop Omics Innovation Team, the director of CAAS-IRRI Joint Laboratory and the IRRI's representative in China. He has been working on quantitative plant breeding since 1989. And He is successful in biostatistics, quantitative genetic analysis, population improvement, designing efficient conventional and molecular breeding strategies and developing simulation/prediction tools for breeding.

 

  Research Field:

  With rice as the target crop, a highly efficient system/platform will be established for management and analysis of multiple sources information, design of experiment, gene discovery, genomic selection and design breeding.

 

  Achievements:

  Host more than 10 projects of NSFC and local key projects. More than 7000 international rice germplasm have been introduced. At present, Significant genetic progress has been made in rice salt tolerance, ion nutrition accumulation / toxicity, and direct seeding related traits. And Dr. Guoyou Ye is the Chinese director of CAAS-IRRI genome assisted germplasm innovation joint laboratory and AGIS-BSMRAU joint laboratory.
