農(nóng)業(yè)昆蟲基因組學創(chuàng)新團隊

研究方向：

基于基因組學的農(nóng)業(yè)昆蟲復(fù)雜行為機制研究,。

研究成績：

主持國家自然科學基金,、轉(zhuǎn)基因生物新品種培育重大專項等項目10余項，目前在“小地老虎,、大地老虎,、黃地老虎,、八字地老虎、草地貪夜蛾,、紅鈴蟲,、大灰食蚜蠅等昆蟲基因組組裝”,、 “昆蟲基因編輯”、“昆蟲Bt抗性及遷飛抗寒機理”等方面取得了重要進展,，研究成果發(fā)表于Ecology Letters,、PLoS Pathogens、Philosophical Transactions of The Royal Society B: Biological Sciences,、JBC等國際期刊,。首席科學家蕭玉濤入選深圳市高層次人才和中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院青年英才。

Agricultural Insect Genomics Innovation Team

Chief Scientist: Yutao Xiao

Research Field:

Study of complex behavior mechanisms of agricultural insects based on genomics.

Achievement:

Funded by more than 10 projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China and National Major Project of Breeding for New Transgenic Organisms in China. At present, major progress has been made in the fields of “genome assembly of insects such as cutworm, fall armyworm, pink bollworm, etc.”, “gene editing technology in lepidopteran insects” and “mechanism of Bt resistance, migration and cold resistance of target pests”. Research results have been published in well-known journals such as Ecology Letters, PLoS Pathogens, Philosophical Transactions of The Royal Society B: Biological Sciences and JBC. Yutao Xiao, principle investigator of  the innovation team, is honored as “Shenzhen High-level Talent” and “Outstanding Young Talent” of CAAS.
