  中心簡(jiǎn)介/Introduction

  中心面向農(nóng)業(yè)合成生物學(xué)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展前沿,,以組學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)為依托,大團(tuán)隊(duì)體制為保障,瞄準(zhǔn)合成育種和植物次級(jí)代謝產(chǎn)物研究的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),,著重于多組學(xué)分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)的大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘與利用和重要代謝小分子的代謝途徑解析與改造,,推動(dòng)全基因組設(shè)計(jì)育種和組學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的植物底盤生物人工設(shè)計(jì),,力求建設(shè)成為具有國(guó)際水準(zhǔn)的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)新型育種研究中心和領(lǐng)先的大數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)天然產(chǎn)物研發(fā)中心,。

  The Agricultural Synthesis Biology Center is built on the basis of the big biology data and the big scientific team to solve the cutting-edge problems in agricultural synthetic biology.We focus on synthetic breeding and plant secondary metabolite research.We are performing gene network data mining and metabolic pathways anal- ysis.We are promoting genome-wide design breeding and omics-driven plant artificial design to build a modern agricultural breeding research platform.



  

人員組成/Personnel Structure

合成生物學(xué)研究中心現(xiàn)有農(nóng)科院創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)2個(gè),課題組8個(gè)?,F(xiàn)共有人員130名,,其中博士生導(dǎo)師8名,,研究員8名,副研究員8名,,博士后30名,。

  The center consists of three innovation teams of CAAS and three research groups Among the 139 team members, one have received the Distinguished Young Scientist Fund from NSFC, two have received the Outstanding Young Scientist Fund from NSFC one the National Leading Personnel in Shenzhen, four the Elite Young Scientists of CAAS, and sixteen the High-level Talents in Shenzhen. The team includes eight doctoral supervisors, eight research scientists, eigh associate research scientists, and thirty post-doctorals.

研究方向/Research Areas

合成育種

以組學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)為驅(qū)動(dòng),,通過(guò)對(duì)作物農(nóng)藝性狀基因的通路和調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究,,結(jié)合分子互作網(wǎng)絡(luò)模塊的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),采用全基因組設(shè)計(jì),,以優(yōu)良農(nóng)藝性狀或代謝物含量為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),,建立精準(zhǔn)定向育種平臺(tái),加速高產(chǎn),、優(yōu)質(zhì)新品種培育,。目前通過(guò)基因編輯技術(shù)培育出了第一代二倍體馬鈴薯自交系一“優(yōu)薯1號(hào)”。"優(yōu)薯1號(hào)"在生長(zhǎng)活力和產(chǎn)量上表現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)的雜種優(yōu)勢(shì),。這項(xiàng)研究將馬鈴薯育種從緩饅的,、非累積的模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榭焖俚牡J剑瑥亩鰪?qiáng)農(nóng)民和消費(fèi)者的廣泛利益,。

合成代謝

通過(guò)建立功能多組學(xué)驅(qū)動(dòng)的植物次生代謝產(chǎn)物解析和設(shè)計(jì)體系,挖掘重要農(nóng)藝性狀,、功能小分子相關(guān)路徑和調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò),,結(jié)合全基因組編輯和人工合成染色體技術(shù),建立基于植物底盤生物的合成代謝構(gòu)建系統(tǒng),,實(shí)現(xiàn)具體重要社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義植物資源的開(kāi)發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化,。目前已成功解碼珍稀抗癌植物紅豆杉高質(zhì)量基因組,揭示紫衫醇生物合成遺傳基礎(chǔ),。為加快素衫醇異源合成底盤的設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)和下一步開(kāi)發(fā)綠色環(huán)保,、可持續(xù)生產(chǎn)的紫杉醇生物合成策略提供關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)。

組學(xué)區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)

組學(xué)區(qū)塊鏈?zhǔn)俏覈?guó)農(nóng)業(yè)食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的底層技術(shù),,基于分子圖譜和大數(shù)據(jù),,實(shí)現(xiàn)了農(nóng)業(yè)食品的全息表征和精確溯源,為農(nóng)業(yè)食品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈提供信譽(yù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),,為個(gè)性化食品提供數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái),,為農(nóng)業(yè)食品供應(yīng)鏈“三品合一"的變革提供操作系統(tǒng),。“基于分子圖譜的農(nóng)業(yè)食品表征與溯源數(shù)字化底盤”"榮獲第二屆“海大杯"廣東種業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新大比武總決賽優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目,。
