中心簡(jiǎn)介/Introduction

  植物基因組研究中心解密作物基因奧秘,,引領(lǐng)農(nóng)業(yè)綠色革命中心,。中心以重要農(nóng)作物關(guān)鍵農(nóng)藝性狀的遺傳解析、基因發(fā)現(xiàn)和品種改良為研究目標(biāo),,以谷物和豆類,、碳和氮的高效利用為核心對(duì)象,,通過(guò)種質(zhì)資源收集,、引進(jìn),以及遺傳和表型多樣性鑒定,,探索重要農(nóng)藝性狀形成的基因調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò),,并應(yīng)用到新品種選育和推廣,實(shí)現(xiàn)“種質(zhì)資源一基因發(fā)現(xiàn)一功能解析一品種選育”的一整套研究貫穿鏈,。

  Our goal is to leverage the genetic basis of key agronomic traits in im-portant crops to advance gene discovery and breeding.Using cereals and le-gumes as the core research subject to enable more efficient utilization ofcarbon and nitrogen,we work to develop a truly holistic R&D pipeline fromcollecting and introducing germplasm resources to the characterization ofgenetic and phenotypic diversity,and from exploring the gene regulatory net-work underlying important agricultural traits to ultimately developing and promoting new crop varieties.

 


  

人員組成/Personnel Structure

  植物基因組研究中心由2支中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)組成,。中心現(xiàn)有課題組9個(gè),工作人員50余名,,其中博士生導(dǎo)師10名,,研究員10名,副研究員2名,,高級(jí)農(nóng)藝師1名,,在站博士后13名, 其中國(guó)家重大人才工程入選者3名,,深圳市高層次人才9名,。

  The center is consisted of two innovation teams of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), including nine research teams. The center have 10 research fellows, 2 associate research fellows,1 senior agronomist, 13 post-doctoral and about 38 other researchers and technical staffs. Among them, 1 member received the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars Award, 2 members were known as Leading Scholar of Ten thousand Plan, and 9 research scientists were honored the High-level Talents of Shenzhen.

  任務(wù)目標(biāo)/Objectives

  以“基因改良品種,品種改善生活”為理念,,利用中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院和國(guó)內(nèi)外合作單位的種質(zhì)資源,,以農(nóng)作物和園藝作物為研究對(duì)象,開(kāi)展農(nóng)作物基因組測(cè)序和表型鑒定工作,,克隆鑒定控制農(nóng)藝性狀的關(guān)鍵基因,,并開(kāi)展深入的功能分析,探索重要農(nóng)藝性狀形成的基因調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò),,并將相關(guān)成果應(yīng)用到新品種選育和推廣,,實(shí)現(xiàn)“種質(zhì)資源-功能研究-品種選育”的研究鏈。

  Genomic technologies create varieties, and varieties improve life quality:Crop and horticulture plants germplasms collection and re-sequencing; Cloning genes that involved in the formation or regulating of important agronomic traits, systematically dissecting their functions and genetic regulatory networks; apply research achievements for new crop varieties breeding.

  



  研究方向/Research Areas

  種質(zhì)資源收集及基因組信息獲取

參與萬(wàn)份水稻、千份小麥等谷物基因組測(cè)序并繪制作物全球多樣性圖譜,;收集創(chuàng)制月季,、姜荷花等主要花卉種質(zhì)資源,并開(kāi)啟基因組測(cè)序研究,;探索棉花,、葡萄等作物優(yōu)異種質(zhì)資源的形成演化規(guī)律。

植物功能基因挖掘

利用多組學(xué)技術(shù),,克隆作物重要農(nóng)藝性狀調(diào)控基因,,解析其表達(dá)調(diào)控機(jī)制,為作物分子育種提供理論基礎(chǔ),。
